"This was a phone call experience. Ashanty was very pleasant, polite & helpful to speak with to transfer my auto insurance coverage over to state farm. A wonderful experience. NOW! The questions below ask "How would you describe the price you paid?" I know this is out of Ashanty's control, but I do feel I'm being overcharged for insurance. Paying higher premiums for the actions of other motorist carelessness on the roadways. I've had no accidents or tickets yet paying premiums for those out there causing accidents, speeding through subdivisions etc. State Farm as a whole along with other insurance companies need to reflect the high annual premiums on those with unsafe / reckless driving skills and lower the monthly premiums to those of us not causing the problems. Example: a man commits murder and sentenced to life in prison, should he only serve 1 month and every other resident of SC serve 1 month also for his actions! I think NOT! STOP punishing the innocent. Especially when Insurance companies are handing out enormous yearly bonuses to employees. I left State farm and went to progressive because my premiums kept going up, I came back to state farm for lower rates, I can leave again for lower rates. I'm not paying for other people's actions. ASKED & ANSEERED."
